Well, if there's one thing that hasn't changed, and nay, has even gotten worse since I started eating cleaner, it's bedtime.
I'm going to bed later and later.
I'm also having more trouble staying asleep initially.
And of course, waiting until last thing to finish some of my daily goals doesn't help either.
I need my clean eating to function like a magic sleeping pill, where I want to go to bed earlier. Or at least, I'm so sleepy that I couldn't possibly stay awake even if I wanted to.
A girl can dream.
